I understand that (i) the software programs, computer programs, data of crystals and samples, research documents, research samples, copy righted reprints, passwords for specific software programs and other documents have been supplied to me purely for academic and research purposes by Dr. R. Saravanan, (ii) most of the FORTRAN source codes have been written over the years by Dr. R. Saravanan for specific research problems and (iii) the access for the usage of standard software programs has been acquired by Dr. R. Saravanan by contacting the authors of the relevant software programs and getting appropriate passwords.

I am fully aware of these facts and I declare that I will not supply/transfer the software programs, computer programs, data of crystals and samples, research documents, research samples, copy righted reprints, passwords for specific software programs and other documents supplied to me by Dr. R. Saravanan to any other person or institute. In extreme cases, if I feel that the interest of the academic/research environment will be spoiled, I will refer Dr. R. Saravanan for his consent to supply any of the above said materials.

I am fully aware that my supervisor Dr. R. Saravanan is the correct person to justify/select the Journals in which a particular research article should be published and when to publish a research article, because Dr. R. Saravanan is aware of the future research tasks to be carried out and according to those plans he will streamline the research publication tasks. I also understand that the order of appearance of co-authors in a research publication/conference report will be decided by Dr. R. Saravanan, depending on the contributions made by each co-author in that particular research work.

I am fully aware that the patent rights and inclusion of authors for the rights will be decided by      Dr. R. Saravanan in any research work leading to a possible Indian or foreign patent.

I have read the above statements carefully and found that nothing is unjustifiable and I am signing with my full consciousness. I also declare that I will extend my full co-operation to Dr. R. Saravanan in executing the above said norms.
